All orders are shipped United States Postal Service.

Decal orders are mailed out on Wednesday and Friday of every week. If there is a holiday that falls on the weekend all orders scheduled for Friday shipping will not be shipped until the following Monday.  Cut off time is Monday at noon for a Wednesday shipping and Wednesday at noon for a Friday shipping. Please allow a minimum of three business days to process all decal orders. We do not maintain any stock decals. Each decal order that we receive is custom cut when we receive the order.

RETURNS

If for some reason your decal arrives damaged we will replace it minus shipping cost upon receipt of the damaged decal. If spelling of names is wrong due to a fault of WindowDecalz we will replace the decal for free. If spelling of names is wrong due to your fault there will be a charge to replace the decal of course.
